CHARACTER MODELast time when we saw Shannon and Boone`s flashback we saw Shannon in Australia working with a con artist to steel money from Boone`s mother. We later found out that Boone is Shannon`s step brother so why would Shannon steal from her own mother? Well after Shannon's father passes away, he leaves Shannon with no Will and all his assets transfer over to her step mother who by the way doesn't think highly of Shannon at all. While this is going on, Shannon gets scholarship to a prestigious Bali school but the problem begins when she doesn't have any money left and her step mother practically gives up on her, leaving her stranded. Shannon desperately asks Boone, maybe he can get some money from his mother but fails. Furious by this Shannon tells Boone to leave her alone and her world begins to fall apart.
STORY MODE
As Ana Lucia charges forward towards Jack's camp, Sawyer trembles and falls unconscious due to his injuries. Ana Lucia gets uptight because they are in the "others" territory and now they have to drag an almost dead body. It gets even worse when they get stopped by a steep hill but luckly it looks it can still be crossed over. As each one helps to lift Sawyer up the hill one of the captors, the flight attendent from the plane, dissappears and suddenly strange vispering surrounds them. Ana Lucia realizes the "others" are hears and commands everyone to run.
On Jack's beach, Sayid builds a shelter for Shannon to spend a night together but their romance gets disrupted by Walt showing up on Shannon. Sayid doesnt believe that Walt could be in the tent when he is miles away in the ocean. Shannon reveales to him that the message bottle washed up in the beach which could mean that Walt is in grave danger. Why was Walt so wet anyway? and how is Walt only seem to appear in the eyes of Shannon? Sayid starts to understand what is Shannon going through because nobody seems to believe in her and tells her that he loves her very much and he would spend the rest of his life with her. In that moment, Walt appears again and Sayid actually sees him too. Same strange voices start whispering again and Shannon runs towards Walt and suddenly a sound of bullet echos in the jungle. We realize that Ana Lucia in state of defence fired the only bullet left straight into Shannon's heart. Sayid holds Shannon in his hands with full of rage and anger towards Ana Lucia.
